The National Stock Exchange has set aside ₹1,297 crore as provisions to settle long-standing issues with SEBI regarding colocation and dark fibre cases. Apart from provision amount, NSE profit rose 8% YoY to ₹3,396 crore. Further, consolidated revenue from transaction charges stood at ₹2,785 crore, 12% decline due to reduction in volumes across cash market and derivatives segments, said NSE.
