A row has erupted after BJP MLA from Telangana T Raja Singh said, "Poison your girl if she becomes a victim of 'love jihad' and refuses to return (reconvert)." A case has been registered against him under the relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita and Act. Raja made this remark during a Dussehra celebration event in Madhya Pradesh.
