Union Minister Piyush Goyal has confirmed that Mumbai’s Bhagwati Hospital will not be privatised and will continue to operate on a no-profit, no-loss basis, either under BMC or charitable trusts. The hospital is currently undergoing redevelopment and is expected to be completed by May 31. Goyal also instructed officials to ensure that services are available under the Ayushman Bharat scheme.
