The Centre has ordered National Highways Authority of India and highway construction companies to launch their own YouTube channels to share updates on ongoing projects. The initiative is aimed at allowing public to provide feedback and hold authorities accountable. We have learnt about problems being faced in various projects through videos uploaded by independent YouTubers, an official told TOI.
