A family seeking justice was allegedly beaten and dragged by Madhya Pradesh Police outside Singrauli Collector's office. The family alleged village Sarpanch uprooted their wheat crop and began unauthorised road construction on their land. Singrauli Collector Gaurav Benal said the land the family claimed belonged to them was under illegal occupation and they had abused Sarpanch during dispute.
