Reacting to the scuffle that broke out in Parliament, Congress MP Pramod Tiwari said the BJP was present in Parliament in the form of terrorists and stopped the Opposition MPs from going to Parliament. "During pushing, [Congress President] Mallikarjun Kharge fell and received an injury to his knee. It was similar to...terrorist attack on Parliament [in 2001]," Tiwari added.
