The Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has established Quick Response Teams (QRTs) in all ward offices to address waterlogging and drain blockages during the monsoon. Ganesh Sonune, head of the disaster management department of the PMC, stated that they form QRTs every year, but this time, they have made them more comprehensive.
