A 55-year-old man, Jagbandhu Mandal, who vanished 28 years ago in 1997, leaving behind his wife and two children, returned to his home in West Bengal on November 17. Mandal claimed he has returned after losing his job in Chhattisgarh but according to reports, he came back to get his original voter ID amid the ongoing voter list revision exercise.
