As COP30 begins in Brazil's Belem on November 10 and continues until November 21, discussions will focus on unmet climate targets, and global cooperation. India is expected to showcase its renewable energy transition and may present its National Adaptation Plan (NAP) and Nationally-Determined Contributions (NDC). Notably, the US remains out of the picture in this year's climate conference.
