Donald Trump reacted after Canadian province of Ontario said it is imposing a 25% surcharge on electricity exports to US' New York, Michigan and Minnesota to protest against the US President's tariffs on Canada. "[Canada] will pay a financial price for this so big that it will be read about in history books for many years to come," Trump said.
