Actress and BJP MP Kangana Ranaut has alleged that the Congress-led Himachal Pradesh government takes loans and gives them to Sonia Gandhi, which in turn has "made the state hollow". Kangana, who was addressing a gathering in Shimla, said, "Everyone is aware that corruption is prevalent and the Congress-ruling state governments have hollowed their respective states."
