J&K CM Omar Abdullah said the brotherhood among Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs and others in Poonch, the district worst affected by Pakistani troops' cross-border shelling, was truly commendable. "May Almighty continue to bless this unity," he said. Abdullah announced Rs 10 lakh for each of the families of those killed in the shelling and visited the injured at Poonch district hospital.
