Ahead of the Ganesh festival, Pune police will deploy over 9,000 officers to maintain peace. An advanced AI system will be used for crowd management. Pune Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar said that the police have carried out numerous meetings for the festival. Authorities will integrate CCTV cameras and use mobile surveillance to cover the festivities.
