A senior Taliban official on Friday (October 17) said Afghanistan's truce with Pakistan has been broken, as a Pakistani airstrike killed at least 10 people in Afghanistan's Paktika Province. "Afghanistan will retaliate," the official told AFP, adding that Pakistan bombed three locations. The strike came after Afghanistan and Pakistan agreed to extend truce until conclusion of talks in Doha.
