Kenya has awarded a public-private partnership concession worth $1.3 billion (around ₹10,908 crore) to build power transmission lines to Adani Group and Africa50, a unit of the African Development Bank (AfDB). This comes amid criticism over the government's plan to hand over the management of Kenya's biggest airport in Nairobi to Adani Group.
