King of Bhutan Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck led special prayers for victims of the car blast in Delhi. Thousands of Bhutanese citizens and monks offered the prayers along with the King and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is on a two-day Bhutan visit. PM Modi attended the ceremony held to mark 70th birthday of former Bhutanese King Jigme Singye Wangchuck.
