UK's Prince William said he plans to reform the British monarchy when he becomes king. "I think it’s safe to say that change is on my agenda. Change for good and I embrace that, I enjoy that change. I don't fear it," he said in a recent interview. Prince William is next in line to succeed King Charles III.
