Ayub Khan, an ex-convict who spent around 13 years in jail for murdering his wife, dug up graves and performed rituals using nails and hair to "increase his power" in Madhya Pradesh, the police said. The accused has so far dug up graves and tampered with corpses three times. The police has now arrested Ayub.
