Billionaire Elon Musk has been in regular contact with Russian President Vladimir Putin since late 2022, WSJ reported. During the secret talks that continued into this year, they discussed personal topics, business and geopolitical tensions. At one point, Putin asked Musk to avoid activating Starlink's satellite internet over Taiwan as a favour to Chinese President Xi Jinping, the report added.
