Talking about the stampede in Tamil Nadu's Karur, Vice President CP Radhakrishnan said citizens should control their emotions when there is a big crowd. "This is very unfortunate...so many young people have died, I feel very sad," he added. He said that a similar incident happened in Bengaluru after a cricket match and he hopes these things never happen again.
