A case of brutality with a street dog was reported from Bhind district of Madhya Pradesh on Wednesday, when the innocent canine was mercilessly assaulted, pinned on ground with a cot and its teeth were pulled out using pliers. The inhumane incident was captured in a video, which is being widely circulated on social media. All accused have been booked.
