A sharp temperature plunge has made this November the coldest in 18 years across Kashmir, officials said. Srinagar recorded minus 4.5°C, its lowest this season, over four degrees below normal, officials added. Konibal in Pulwama fell to minus 6°C, while Pahalgam hit minus 5.5°C. Officials said the valley last saw such severe November cold in 2007.
