Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) will create an underground parking facility at the Hutatma Chowk, which is adjacent to Flora Fountain. The facility, which will be equipped to accommodate 176 cars at a time, is being built in an effort to decongest roads in and around Bombay HC. The facility will be built in an open land parcel owned by BMC.
