Odisha Assembly Speaker Surama Padhy suspended Congress MLA Taraprasad Bahinipati for seven days on Tuesday over alleged misconduct. Chaos erupted during Question Hour as BJP MLA Jayanarayan Mishra rushed towards Bahinipati, who was standing in front of Urban Development Minister KC Mohapatra when he was replying to a question. Bahinipati attempted to climb the Speaker's podium.
