IPS officer of Haryana cadre Y Puran Kumar, who died by alleged suicide, left an eight-page 'final note' naming three retired IAS and 10 IPS officers. He alleged that they "tortured him mentally and administratively" during his service career. Meanwhile, Kumar's wife, who returned from Japan on Wednesday, allegedly refused to get the post-mortem examination done, "till justice is delivered".
