Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) announced a strategic partnership with global alternative asset management firm TPG to support the growth of its AI data centre business, HyperVault. Both companies will invest up to ₹18,000 crore over the next few years. Of this, TPG will invest up to ₹8,820 crore and will have a final shareholding between 27.5% and 49% in HyperVault.
