The Delhi Police has filed an FIR under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) and the Explosives Act in connection to the car blast that killed at least eight people and left 20 others injured. The case has been lodged under Sections 16 and 18 of the UAPA, which deal with punishment and conspiracy for a terror attack.
