J&K doctors Adeel Ahmed Rather and Muzammil Shakeel are being questioned about the car explosion near Delhi's Red Fort, which killed at least eight people, NDTV reported. The duo was caught possessing arms, ammunition and thousands of kilos of bomb-making materials and were allegedly part of a terror module. The items were recovered during raids across J&K and Faridabad.
