Ex-RBI Governor Raghuram Rajan said ex-US President Richard Nixon and ex-US State Secretary Henry Kissinger had tilted US towards Pakistan during the 1971 Indo-Pak war. He noted that Indians are "very disappointed" with US' tariffs. "To rub salt in the wounds...Pakistan has 19% tariff, India has 50%. Where's the friendship between PM Narendra Modi and Donald Trump?" he added.
