Traffic congestion has been reported at 50 locations across Pune due to ongoing civic works like road repairs and underground pipeline projects. Pune Municipal Corporation contractors have been ordered to complete the projects by May 31, with warnings of legal action for delays. Police commissioner Amitesh Kumar said "Preparatory steps must start now," to prevent waterlogging during the monsoon.
