Dutch police arrested around 230 Napoli fans ahead of UEFA Champions League match against PSV Eindhoven on Tuesday over risk of clashes with locals. Police said Italian fans were involved in "provocative behaviour" in Eindhoven's city centre on Monday. Police questioned the fans overnight, released them with a fine and banned them from the match and the city centre.
