A boy died as he fell from third floor of a building after he opened a railing which was installed on the floor for protection in Uttar Pradesh's Agra. The youth died after suffering injuries to his head and neck in the incident. Reports said his friends rushed him to the hospital where the authorities declared him dead on arrival.
