The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has claimed Andy Pycroft has apologised to manager and captain of Pakistan cricket team over the handshake row. PCB said, "Pycroft had barred captains of India and Pakistan from shaking hands. We strongly reacted to his actions. Pycroft termed the...incident a result of miscommunication and apologised. ICC has expressed its willingness to conduct an inquiry."
