A car driver was fined ₹10,000 after a purported video showed him blocking the way of a government ambulance carrying a critically ill woman in Uttar Pradesh’s Shahjahanpur. Superintendent of Police Rajesh Dwivedi said the car kept driving ahead of the ambulance for nearly six kilometres, ignoring its siren and delaying its movement by nearly 25 minutes.
