The Chhattisgarh High Court stated that a wife taunting husband for being jobless amounts to mental cruelty. The court said this while granting divorce to a man, setting aside a family court's order which refused man's plea for divorce. The wife, a school principal, allegedly taunted the man for being unemployed during the COVID-19 pandemic.
