Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said his country has evidence that China is providing artillery and gunpowder to Russia, report said. "We already have facts about this work by China and Russia to strengthen their defence capabilities," he stated. Zelenskyy also claimed Chinese weapons are being made in Russia, despite President Xi Jinping's earlier promise not to supply arms to Russia.
