The father of the 20-year-old Nepali girl who died by suicide at KIIT blamed university for failing to act on her complaint. KIIT registrar Jnyana Ranjan Mohanty said, "The IRO called both students, counselled them and warned the accused not to do so in the future." Her father said he last spoke to her at 2:15 pm on February 16.
