US President Donald Trump's Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick said CEOs of two of the world's largest tech companies called the lottery system for H-1B visas allotment "bizarre". "[The lottery system] just doesn't make any sense...All of that will be resolved by February," Lutnick said. H-1B system, set up in 1990, was "sort of butchered along the way", he added.
