A case has been registered against eight people, including the uncle of a man, for extortion, kidnapping, criminal conspiracy, and voluntarily causing hurt because of a dispute over a flat. The police stated that the victim lives in Mira Road. The victim, his uncle and his cousin all owned flats in the same building there.
