Delhi Police on Sunday released a photo of the accused driver, Utsav Shekhar, who ran his Audi car over five people sleeping on footpath in Delhi's Vasant Vihar on July 9. The victims sustained injuries and were rushed to hospital. The accused's medical report confirmed he was drunk at the time of the incident.
