Vedic Mathematics will be integrated into NCERT textbooks for Classes 6 to 8 in Uttar Pradesh from the 2025-26 session. The move is part of a broader initiative to align national curriculum with regional educational priorities across government-run schools in the state, officials said. Teachers will be specially trained in Vedic Mathematics techniques before before rollout in 2025-26 session.
