Pakistan has issued a Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) and put its Air Force and Navy on high alert after a car blast killed at least eight people and left around 20 others injured in Delhi, News18 reported. All Pakistani airbases and airfields are on red alert following intelligence warnings of increased risk of retaliation from India, the report said.
