Tesla Power USA, a Gurgaon-based battery maker with global headquarters in Delaware, has been sued for infringing trademark by the Elon Musk-owned EV manufacturer. The latter has accused the Indian company over the brand name Tesla, a nod to the 19th-century inventor Nikola Tesla.
