A court in Uttar Pradesh's Varanasi rejected a plea seeking an FIR against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for his speech at the UK's Cambridge University. The plea was filed by BJP leader Shashank Shekhar Tripathi, as per Live Law. The court observed that Gandhi's remarks did not exceed the prescribed limits of the right to freedom of expression.
