A report by Nomura suggested that India could cut tariffs on over 30 US products to avoid higher reciprocal tariffs from the US. Solar cells, luxury vehicles and chemicals are among the items that could see tariff reductions. India could also increase its purchases of US defence and energy products, the report added.
