AAP MP Sanjay Singh claimed that stubble burning has increased 1.5 times in Haryana and the state government wants to torture the people of Delhi and blame it all on the Delhi government. "If BJP, PM Narendra Modi and Haryana's double-engine government unleash at AAP just because elections are coming up, [then] there's no solution to stubble burning," he added.
