Navi Founder Sachin Bansal has criticised the approach of WhatsApp and Amazon to UPI, which he believes limited their impact in India's fintech ecosystem. "People have spent money but they haven't done justice to UPI," he said. It is hard to find UPI on WhatsApp and impossible to figure out where to use it on Amazon, he further stated.
