Actor Vicky Kaushal renewed the lease for his apartment in Mumbai for three years at ₹6.2 crore. The monthly rent of the apartment for the first two years of the lease period is set at ₹17.01 lakh, while it increases to ₹17.86 lakh in the third year. The renewal comes after the previous five-year lease agreement was about to end.
