A video has shown BJP MLA Mahesh Trivedi telling party workers that MLAs get "10% commission" from their respective MLA funds. The Kidwai Nagar MLA is heard telling party workers that state lawmakers get both salaries, and asking them, "What do you get? You don't get anything." The video was recorded during a party workers' meeting in Kanpur.
