Researchers have found that the best time to learn something or form stronger long-term memories may be just before a person's bedtime, when the brain is fatigued. The study, published in journal Neuroscience Research, revealed that rats' brains respond differently depending on the time of day, showing weaker immediate reactions but stronger capacity for lasting memory during fatigue periods.
