PM Narendra Modi will commission two naval ships, INS Surat and INS Nilgiri, and one submarine, INS Vaghsheer, on January 15 during his visit to Mumbai. INS Surat is a guided missile destroyer, while INS Nilgiri is a stealth frigate that has been designed by Indian Navy’s Warship Design Bureau. INS Vaghsheer has been constructed in collaboration with France.
